Production Process

Mahsheer Surgical Instruments is a top manufacturing company of Surgical Instruments. Most of the production operations are done within our facility which includes milling/machining, polishing/grinding, sandblasting, etching, passivation, and sand-blasting. Following are the production operations explained. Mahsheer Surgical Instruments also does contract manufacturing.

Material

The highest quality materials are used in the production process which means we do not compromise on the quality at any cost. Imported German Stainless Steel is used when required (depending on customer requirements).

CNC Miling & Machining

Milling is the process to remove the metal from a piece of the instrument with a revolving that can be drilling holes in the instruments etc. A CNC Milling Machine has a cylindrical cutter to move along multiple axes to cut a wide range of materials and produce a custom—designed parts much faster than conventional milling machines.

CNC Machining

Grinding & Polishing

Skilled and trained workmen remove material from the instrument by abrasion using imported grinding wheels and chemicals.

Passivation Stainless Steel & Boil Test

Passivation is a 24 hours’ process in which instruments are dipped into imported chemicals. Passivation of Stainless Steel Instruments eliminates any chances of rusting and corrosion. To perform a boil test, the instruments are placed in boiling water of temperature 100° degrees Celsius. The boiling test makes sure the instruments are completely passivized.

Sand Blasting

To remove any heavy or tightly adherent scale which might be produced in welding, sandblasting machines are used by highly skilled workers. The sandblast might prevent stainless steel from corroding or rusting.

Ultrasonic Cleaning

Ultrasonic Operation is an ideal method of cleaning instruments. It is a 1-minute process in which instruments are dipped in cleaning solutions to remove any polishing thing stuck on the instrument.

Stamping / Etching

A laser engraving machine or laser marking machine is used which provides a lifetime etching having a wide variety of text and images with detailed and fine quality images. Mahsheer Surgical instruments offer OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) Service which means a customer can print their name, logo, or any related detail on the instruments.
