Terms & Conditions
Following are the terms and conditions that will be applied to your purchase of products or services from Mahsheer Surgical Instruments. The buyer agrees to accept these terms and conditions unless the buyer has signed a separate purchase agreement with Mahsheer Surgical Instruments.
Prices
Prices may be subject to change depending upon the general price increase in material or labor costs. Supplier may at its sole discretion, adjust pricing following its published list prices.
Payment Terms
We require an advance payment of a minimum of 50% of the total order while the rest of the payment shall be made before delivery. The buyer agrees to pay, reasonable shipping and handling charges.
Shipment and Delivery
No additional charges for packing, unless otherwise stated in the order acknowledgment. Acceptance of goods or payment, therefore, or failure to notify the buyer promptly shall not waive or affect Mahsheer Surgical Instrument’s right to cancel the order or recover damages.
Mahsheer Surgical Instruments will make all reasonable efforts to meet the buyer’s requirement date and to ship the products via the buyer’s choice of carriers. Partial shipments will be accepted by the buyer and will not be a breach of this agreement. Mahsheer Surgical Instruments accepts all the delivery terms and these should be decided at the time of order confirmation. Some most common delivery terms include
- DDP Shipping (Delivered Duty Paid) – Mahsheer Surgical Instruments paying duties and taxes of the shipment.
- CIF (Cost, Insurance, Freight) – Mahsheer Surgical Instruments pays the cost of products, insurance, and freight of shipment
- C&F (Cost & Freight) – Mahsheer Surgical Instruments pays the cost of products, and freight of shipment.
- FOB (Free On Board) – Mahsheer Surgical Instruments transfers ownership of goods to the buyer.

Claims & Returns
Please inspect the merchandise thoroughly or any loss or damage immediately upon receipt and file a claim with your forwarding agent. Any claim by the buyer which is based on any defect in the quality or condition of the goods (such as technical, rusted, and functionally faulted goods) or their failure to correspond with specification must be notified to Mahsheer Surgical Instruments within 5 days from the date of delivery. After 5 days, no returns will be accepted without prior authorization, and are subject to approval by Mahsheer Surgical Instruments.
Custom-Made Instruments
We require a drawing of the custom-made instrument ordered. No returns/claims will be accepted on custom-made instruments unless the manufactured product is not meeting the order specifications. Buyers shall be liable for all order specifications. The prices shall be based upon the original costs incurred for the particular order and which are accepted by the buyer upon order placement.
Change in product design
In case of any change in the order of product (for example dull finish > polished) already placed, the buyer will be responsible for additional charges and these will be applied depending upon the demand of the buyer and the quantity of order produced.
Delivery time
Our lead time is 30 days, please don’t interrupt during 30 days.
Sampling
In case of demand for samples by the buyer for quality evaluation, the buyer is responsible for paying the cost of products and the delivery charges.
