Gorney Suction Elevator is used to elevate periosteal flaps, and aspiration blood and fluids during nasal septum procedures. It comes with a 3 mm and 4 mm sharp tip with an overall length of 7 ½” (19 cm). They are also known as Freer Suction Elevators.
